In recent times we have added SOLD GALLERIES under the buying and selling sections of our websites. This information allows you to see an up to date list of all sales by Byron Bay First National in our region.
We have also added a 2008 Byron Bay market update called SOLD SOLD SOLD. This is a summary of the market in 2008 and of Byron Bay First National's results during this period. It demonstrates that Byron Bay First National are holding a market share of around 50% and are therefore selling every second property in the area.
Another new piece of data is the analysis of the 2008 year from the buyers perspective. Entitled Where Buyers Come From it is a detailed break-up of the sources of buyers within the 2481 postcode. If you are selling a property in our region this pie chart is incredibly important in grasping an understanding of how and where buyers come from.
Another important addition to our website are the testimonials we receive from our clients and customers. They are listed in the Company Profile section and also in the Selling section. As the principal I believe these statements by people who have dealt with our company are THE most important evidence an agent can provide to anyone interested in transacting business with our company.
Regularly visitors to our site will also recognize real changes in the quantity and quality of the photgraphy on our site. We hope it facilitates a better presentation of all our properties.
Finally we are also upgrading and improving our communication with our huge database.
Approximately75% of all property owners in the 2481 postcode are on our database and we send them 20 regular communications per year including monthly newsletters and quarterly detailed precinct reports. The dialogue we have with property owners in our region before thay enter the market means that our sellers are better informed than any other sellers in our region.
