In August 2008 Byron Bay First National Real Estate held a fundraising movie night to raise money for Byron Bay’s four local primary schools: Byron Community Primary School, St Finbarr’s Primary School, Byron Bay Public School and Cape Byron Rudolf Steiner School.
The movie was Then She Found Me and it was screened at Byron Cinemas where everyone enjoyed champagne, chocolates and a giant raffle.
The night was a huge success! We sold a lot of tickets to ‘Then She Found Me’ and we also made impressive raffle ticket sales. After the event we were very excited to be able to donate $720 to each of the primary schools.
The night would not have been possible without the generosity we received from many local businesses and we thank all of them!
